The hotel offered a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

My stay was a nightmare due to the noise from the light rail and railroad tracks nearby. The coffee maker in our room was broken, and while they provided free coffee from the lobby, it hardly made up for the inconvenience. I was also disturbed by a loud family conversation overheard at the front desk, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Loved the outdoor pool and how close it was to the mall. Our room had a cozy sofa bed that was perfect for chilling out. the complimentary shuttle made getting around super easy. Really appreciated the early check-in, which gave us extra time to explore.

Ideal haven for families

We had a hell of a stay. I was blown away when I walked into the King Room with Sofa Bed, the space was huge and the bed was more comfortable than I expected, like. A luxury I didn’t think I deserved. The kids loved the pool area, and it was great to see them relax after a long day of traveling.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth it still.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed a cozy stay with a comfortable sofa bed in my room. WiFi connectivity needed a bit of troubleshooting, but the front desk handled it promptly. The gym shared with Townplace Suites had decent equipment.

Had a great stay, the location is super convenient, right next to the Great Mall and plenty of restaurants. Staff was really friendly and helpful, which made everything smoother. The pool area looked nice, although I didn't have time to use it.
